NOTE: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support. 

Submission Guidelines:

1. PLAGIARISM POLICY

Furthermore, the language employed to elucidate the concept should diverge from the language employed in the original study material from which it was derived. Prior to utilizing any copyrighted stuff, it is imperative that you obtain authorization from the copyright owners.
